Properties pay me a commission to bring them a tenant. I then am able to pass along some of my commission in the form of a Rebate. This rebate can be used towards your Move or you will receive a check once the property pays. The amount of the rebate is based on the community you choose and the commission they are paying at the time you submit you application and you are approved.
